Hi Three to Five Tribe! Nothing says summer than a freshly picked bunch of strawberries. Strawberries can be enjoyed on their own, but also pair well with your favorite nut butter, a top a bowl of chocolate mousse or mixed in to your favorite smoothie recipe, but this past spring I found another delicious way to enjoy strawberries.
5 Ingredient Strawberry Vinaigrette Recipe
This recipe is super simple, yet oh so delicious.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 TBSP EVOO
- 2 TBSP ACV
- 2 TBSP Honey
- Pinch of Pink Himalayan Salt
Directions:
1.) Place all ingredients in a blender and blend together for 30-60 seconds or until strawberries have been liquified and there are no fruit chunks remaining. That’s it! Well, I recommend placing the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to help it thicken, but you can use it right away if you would like.
I like to serve this dressing over a bed of fresh spinach greens, strawberry slices and whole/halved walnuts. This dressing is also really good drizzled on top of mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries) with a sprinkle of cocoa and a dash of cinnamon. I mean seriously, yum!
Enjoying this summer strawberry vinaigrette three to five spoonfuls at a time,

This looks positively mouth-tingling. Going to try it tonight if I can find some ripe, sweet strawberries. Thank you!
