Hi Three to Five Tribe! I know it has been a while (okay a long while) since I last checked in with you all, but I have been super busy with a lot of exciting projects. I know, I know, we are all super busy so that’s no excuse, but to make it up to you, I want to give you an early Christmas gift.
Merry Christmas!
I want to gift you all my latest creation, my Neighbor Dinner E-book! This e-book was originally created for my good neighbor and best friend, Kelley Bond whom I have shared Sunday dinner with every Sunday (okay almost every Sunday) for the past year.
Kelley and I originally decided to start the tradition of hosting a weekly neighbor dinner together because cooking for one can be tough sometimes. We rotated hosting each week and whoever hosted was responsible for the main dinner entree while the guest was responsible for bringing either a salad, a side dish or a dessert.
These Sunday neighbor dinners were never meant to be anything fancy, but were originally meant to be a low key meal. We are talking sweat pants, messy buns, slippers and any food from the fridge and/or freezer we wanted to cook off. However, over the course of the year, these dinners turned into experimenting with new recipes and creating old classics that will forever be favorites. Although the sweatpants are still a staple and our culinary skills have only improved slightly, the meals and memories we have made together over the course of a year are some of my favorites.
These meals are too good not to share, which is why I want to give you your very own copy of mine and Kelley’s Neighbor Dinner Nights, 21 Dinner Recipes to Be Shared with Family, Friends and of course, Neighbors. (Bonus: All of these recipes are made with real, whole foods and healthy ingredients. Hello, it’s me, would you expect anything less?) Enjoy!
