“So…I was listening to a podcast…” – Me, at least once every day
Hi Three to Five Tribe! If any of you know me you know I LOVE podcasts. Nowadays, I usually start off a conversation by saying, “So…I was listening to a podcast.” (If you are someone who is near and dear to me, then you have probably experienced this first hand). However, I have had a couple of requests about which health and wellness podcasts are my favorite, so if you are looking for some podcast recos, then this blog post is for you!
Health & Wellness Podcast Recos
I walk roughly three miles to and from work every day, which is the perfect time to plug in and listen to podcasts. However, not everyone has a walking commute, but the beauty of podcasts is you can listen whenever, wherever!
Whether you are getting ready for work, driving in the car, cooking dinner, commuting on the train, working out at the gym, meal prepping in the kitchen, or showering, the options are endless! If you are looking for some podcast recommendations, specifically focusing on nutrition as well as health and wellness, here are my top favs!
